Personal Ethics Statement

My Biblical values are of great importance to me and they come in play in life decisions. 

I strive to be an ethical person daily and treat others with respect. 

Honesty and Loyalty

I believe that I should always be an honest individual in my personal life and while on the job. I place high importance on honesty and promise to be ethically minded in all that I do every day. I have the tendency to abide my own personal values which creates important ethics and morals to rely on. It is my mission to be an honest individual, advocate for others, treat one another with fairness, and to always put others before me in an ethical manner.

I believe that when there is honesty, follows loyalty. I show loyalty and commitment to individuals who are honest with me, and I expect the same in return. Loyalty can create life-long, valuable relationships in all areas of life.

Justice

I believe in justice and wish that everyone would seek it when the opportunity arises. I believe everyone should get a fair and equal start in life, and it is up to them how they make the best of it.

Controversy

In the face of controversy, I strive to remain calm and collective. I focus all my time and attention to a solution to the issue, one in which will be fair with everyone involved. I gather all the details and facts of any problem or controversy before making a just decision. I have been known to be insightful when making decisions about anything that will affect me in the long run.

I am dedicated to handle each controversy case with fairness and choose the most ethical solution to the problem, putting away any biases I may have. I am respectful to everyone and believe that everyone’s voice has the right to be heard.
